I just read that Ricardo Montalban has died. It’s been a bad year for Trek actors, but I felt a particularly close affinity to Khan because of an acting gig I once had with an actor who played Ricardo Montalban in a movie. During our practices, he’d regale us with impressions of pretty much every character Montalban played, but my favourites were, of course, his Khan Noonien Singh parodies.
